VOICE BRANDNAME + iSIGN

1. Introduction

Voice Brandname + iSign Plus (Calling Signature) service for mobile subscribers allows displaying the brand name of the company/product/service/brand on mobile devices when dialing on Viettel, specifically:
– Display brand name: by encoding the phone number into Brandname on the mobile device of the subscriber receiving the call.
– Display detailed information such as: business field, address, phone number... in the form of flash SMS on the mobile device of the calling/ called subscriber.

2. Target customers

Small and medium-sized enterprises, business households and individuals who want to introduce products and services, take care of customers, and operate internally but do not want to invest in a switchboard, they want to use a mobile sim to call.

3. Package policy for customers

  Customers who register for bundle Voice Brandname + iSign Plus allow calls to Viettel subscribers with displaying Brandname and flash SMS on called subscribers' screen.
  Specific policy:
– Initialization fee: 100,000 VND/ subscriber
– Brandname maintenance fee (package fee): 150,000 VND/ subscriber/ month.
– Initialization fee, package fee including VAT.
